How do I place an order? Orders can be easily placed using our website at www.vardier.store or by phone at +1 587-906-1217. Payment options include credit card, PayPal, or Vardiere gift cards. At this time, we are unable to process email order requests. If you experience difficulty checking out through our website, please call us at +1 587-906-1217 for assistance.

When should I get my order? Your order will go through the following statuses to help you estimate when it will be delivered:

  • Received: We've received your order! It will be processed soon.

  • Processing: We are picking, packing, and preparing your order for shipping.

  • Shipped: Your order is with the shipping carrier. You can now track your order through the carrier’s website.

  • Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled either by you or by Vardiere. If we cancelled your order, we will contact you.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes! Once your order ships, we will send you an email that contains a tracking number. This can be used to track your delivery progress. If you have an online Vardiere account, the tracking number will also be available there. You can reference your order number in any communication with us.

How do I track my order? After your order is picked up by the delivery carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Visit the carrier’s website to track your order.

Please note: If you have not received a shipping confirmation and it has been more than four days since you placed your order, contact us at +1 587-906-1217. Be sure to check your junk email folder or online account for the tracking number.

Do you deliver to the USA? At this time, we deliver to select areas in the USA. Please contact us at +1 587-906-1217 to discuss orders with delivery to a USA address.

Are all in-stock products available for home delivery? Some products, such as liquids, aerosols, and items sold by the foot, are unavailable for shipping and can only be purchased in-store. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What happens if an item from my order becomes unavailable? If one or more items in your order are in stock, they will be shipped. Unavailable items will be removed from your order, and you will not be charged for them. We will notify you of any adjustments to your order. If you wish to cancel your order, we can assist as long as no items have shipped.

How do I know if a product is in stock for a website order? Real-time inventory levels appear on all product pages. Our website is updated every 15 minutes.

How do I know if a product is in stock at a local store? For store inventory, click on “Select My Store” on the website’s home page. Once a store is selected, product views will display inventory levels for that store and online availability. If you create an online account and log in, your preferred store will be saved for future visits.

Can I have a price adjustment? Yes! If you purchased an item that went on sale within 30 days, contact us at +1 587-906-1217 for a price adjustment.
